Roses, Berries and Rustic makes

As the Summer fades one last flush of flowers from ‘Mary Rose’.

Handcrafted Rustic Pheasant soon to make an appearance at the shop.
Lots of berries this year, Spindle, Pyracantha and Sloe all showing pretty colours.
Handmade cards by Oyster Bridge & Co.
A beautiful Hydrangea displayed in one of our vintage galvanised tubs.  Lots more arriving in the shop.
Handmade country rustic hearts filled with our own dried Lavender grains and a selection of Hungarian vintage linen.
And another little job done, four dining chairs all re-covered with a 1960s linen from the Ukraine.

We have enjoyed the last week sourcing some new bits for The Gardener’s Home.
Too much to list everything but for now here’s what we have;
A nice selection of preserving jars, just in time for all the pickling and chutneys to make from this Autumn’s harvest.  More linens in reds and blues, flax and grain sacks.  Some plump tweed cushions, a beech rocking chair.  A great selection of waxed Barbour and quilted jackets (unisex), French potato planting trugs, rusty garden stakes and supports, vintage Spear & Jackson border forks, Victorian cream pots and bottles and a lovely rustic pine table.  Look forward to displaying it all in the shop soon.
